Yonder Mountain Takes on Telluride - Yonder Mountain String Band was a visible presence at Telluride's annual Bluegrass Festival this weekend. From Wednesday through Saturday, the group performed three different shows at three different venues throughout the popular resort town. On Wednesday, Yonder Mountain headlined the Telluride Conference Center Ballroom, inviting the Flecktones duo of Futureman and Jeff Coffin onstage for "Death Trip," "Good News Blues," "Girlfriend Is Better," "Steep Grade Sharp Curves" and Holding." Bela Fleck and Jeff Coffin also recently joined Yonder Mountain onstage at the Wakarusa Music Festival and the two groups will hit the road together Friday as part of the Acoustic Planet tour.
