Emmitt finds life after 'Salmon' - For more than a decade, Colorado-based group Leftover Salmon was one of the most popular bands on the jam-band circuit. The band's lively "Polyethnic Cajun Slamgrass" served as an introduction to bluegrass music for many, as Leftover Salmon blended the acoustic instrumentation of bluegrass with the energy of rock 'n' roll.
